We are also manufacturing Graded cast iron parts and steel turned parts and as per OE specification, Drawing or Samples. We use only the special and standardized quality materials. All parts are manufactured as per IS and International standards, OE specifications. Since it is imperative that vehicle bushings and bearings demonstrate structural uniformity, our premium, solid bronze bearings offer properties that will not change as the surface layers wear away. The proper solid bronze alloys were selected to provide uninterrupted properties and natural lubricating film at the bearing/pin/shaft interface. Examples include bronze trunnion bushing, bronze insulator bushings, bronze king pin bushings and bronze cam bushings, to name a few. These solid bronze bushings and bearings have excellent wear characteristics in oscillating, high shock, heavy load applications.

We produce from minimum 15gm to 700kg one piece or single cast from non ferrous centrifugal casting with machining facilities.

Tiger India is an ISO 9001 : 2015 certified company with the expertise in centrifugal and gravity non-ferrous die-casting with finish machining parts supply in the global level.
Our Philosophy
We have in house centrifugal casting facility. The melting is done by induction furnace. The process is pollution/smoke and noise free insuring fine result and excellent mix. This also eliminates possibilities of hidden porosities, blow holes and casting defects common to conventional castings. The castings produced by a combination of induction melting and centrifugal casting process are superior, consistent and better micro structures.
We also specialised in machining of forge parts. Our workshop is equipped with CNC and conventional machineries along with skilled work force. We undertake customer specific jobs. We are certified for manufacturing and marketing operations our quality components/bushes with the best, and we take pride in catering to some of major distributors. Our business in based on ethical business practices.
